Went to Rub's to have my car checked. Freon's full, but the electrical is probably faulty that's why I don't have an aircon. I also found out that the oil's leaking. I really don't want to spend on Zac anymore. I hope I get the money this week to get the new car. Mar wanted to bake a cake so I went there afterwards. Bought ingredients and lotto tickets for Sunday's 460M jackpot. We made chocolate rum coffee mayonnaise cake. It gave me a headache from either the rum or coffee. I think it was overcooked by 3-5 minutes and the ganache wasn't that stiff. We also made king ranch chicken enchiladas. Ran out of sauce so I had to make additional sauce from bechamel and chicken broth, the taste's a bit on the fence, it tastes good if you eat only little. It also got burnt because it was cooked on the lowest tier of the oven. Brought home most of the chocolate and the enchiladas to an empty house. The dogs got the bones fro...
