Temporary Man

Went to Rub's to have my car checked.  Freon's full, but the electrical is probably faulty that's why I don't have an aircon.  I also found out that the oil's leaking. I really don't want to spend on Zac anymore.  I hope I get the money this week to get the new car. Mar wanted to bake a cake so I went there afterwards.  Bought ingredients and lotto tickets for Sunday's 460M jackpot.  We made chocolate rum coffee mayonnaise cake.  It gave me a headache from either the rum or coffee.  I think it was overcooked by 3-5 minutes and the ganache wasn't that stiff.  We also made king ranch chicken enchiladas.  Ran out of sauce so I had to make additional sauce from bechamel and chicken broth, the taste's a bit on the fence,  it tastes good if you eat only little.  It also got burnt because it was cooked on the lowest tier of the oven.
